Koala is designed so clients can work with wealth, tax and accounting, insurance, and legal professionals in a coordinated way when that is useful. That does not mean every client uses every service, and it does not mean the firms are all acting in the same capacity.
Each service is provided through the appropriate Koala entity. Investment advisory services are provided by Koala Financial, Inc., an investment adviser registered with the State of California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation (DFPI), Firm CRD #340891. Insurance is offered through Koala Insurance Solutions, LLC, whose California insurance agency license is in process. Tax and accounting services are provided through Koala Financial, Inc. through the CPA practice. Legal services are provided through Koala Law, PC.
Clients can use one Koala service on its own. When a client chooses more than one Koala service, the teams can coordinate with the client's authorization so planning does not happen in separate silos.
